November 15, 2021
In a framework of the EU4Culture project Poltava, Rivne, and Vinnitsa in Ukraine have received €30,000 EU grants to prepare Cultural Development Strategies.

At the final stage of the project call, one city out of the three will be awarded a grant of up to €300,000 to implement its strategy.

The call provides an additional support to the Ukraine’s decentralization process, by assisting in development of Ukraine’s regional centers and providing incentives for developing Ukraine’s cultural map.

EU4Culture is a four-year project funded by the European Union to support the culture and creative sector, with a special focus on non-capital cities and towns in the Eastern Partnership Countries. The project aims to contribute to making culture an engine for growth and social development across the region.
