Natolin4Capacity Building developed a training needs assessment

Natolin4Capacity Building project Team prepared a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) of Ukrainian civil servants working on implementation of EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. As the part of the TNA the Project Team conducted a survey of Ukrainian civil servants working on implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement aiming at learning about their level of knowledge about the EU and Ukraine’s obligations under the Association Agreement as well as the training requests and expectations.

The survey questionnaire  was developed by N4Capacity Building experts. The Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine and National Agency for Civil Service provide logistical support for the survey.
