Natolin4Capacity Building Platform: Applications Closed, But Platform Here to Stay!

As of April 13, 2024, the Natolin4Capacity Building e-learning platform will cease operation on the servers of the College of Europe in Natolin.

But don’t worry!

16 courses in English and Ukrainian will soon be available again to users at a new address, as the platform will continue to operate under the administration of our partners – the High School of Public Governance!

We will announce the new address of the platform later.

Natolin4Capacity Building is a highly innovative and targeted educational programme funded by the EU.This initiative is jointly implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin in cooperation with its key partners – the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service, The High School of Public Governance and the Delegation of the EU to Ukraine.
