The 7th edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration took place from 20 April to 29 May 2026 at the College of Europe in Natolin. This edition was dedicated to the Internal Market negotiation cluster, one of the key areas of Ukraine’s EU accession process. Throughout the six-week programme, participants explored the functioning of the EU Single Market, including the free movement of goods, services, capital, and persons, as well as EU competition and consumer protection policies.
The group included eight representatives of Ukrainian public institutions, including the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovation (UANIPIO), the Deposit Guarantee Fund, the State Audit Service of Ukraine, and the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.
The programme combined academic lectures, expert-led discussions, analytical work, and study visits, providing participants with practical insights into the implementation of EU Internal Market rules and policies. As part of the programme, participants took part in a study visit to Gdańsk, where they explored the role of regional development, innovation, and entrepreneurship in supporting economic growth and competitiveness. Visits to the European Solidarity Centre, the Marshal’s Office of the Pomorskie Voivodeship, and the Pomerania Development Agency provided insights into democratic transformation, regional development strategies, and the role of EU funding in supporting innovation, digitalisation, climate resilience, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
