The 8th edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration concluded on 17 July at the College of Europe in Natolin.
During the final session, participants presented analytical papers addressing issues relevant to Ukraine’s EU accession process. The presentations marked the completion of six weeks of intensive, practice-oriented training focused on EU accession negotiation Cluster 3 — “Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth.”
The 8th edition brought together ten representatives of Ukrainian central government bodies and public institutions, including:
The programme combined academic sessions with workshops, teamwork, individual assignments, expert discussions and analytical research. Participants developed a broader understanding of the EU accession process, the roles of EU institutions and the practical application of EU law and policy tools.
They also learned from experts who had been directly involved in the EU accession processes of their own countries.

The programme also helped participants connect their daily responsibilities with the broader context of Ukraine’s path towards EU membership:
