The EU-funded Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II (N4CB-II) project has started the 8th edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration at the College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw.
The training runs from 8 June to 17 July 2026 and focuses on EU accession negotiation Cluster 3 – “Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth”. The edition brings together ten representatives of Ukrainian central government bodies and other central public institutions.

Participants of the 8th edition represent the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Administration of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
The programme includes academic lectures, expert sessions, individual and group meetings, study visits, and analytical work. It is designed to support participants in developing knowledge and practical skills related to Ukraine’s EU accession process.

The launch of the 8th edition follows the completion of the 7th edition of the programme, during which participants completed more than 100 hours of training, took part in a study trip, and prepared analytical papers on topics related to Ukraine’s European integration. With the completion of the 7th edition, 57 participants have graduated from the programme in the current phase of the project.
